Ok so I'm debating what light I want to go with. I'm looking for te better or best light between the 3. I'm not that amazed with the mazarra, but haven't heard anything about them. The Kissel looks great but I don't like that it's not dimmable. The apolloreef looks nice as well however I've heard some say it's cheap.

At this point I've rules out the AI sol since for the money you get more light with my 3 options.

I'm looking to light a 24" cube mainly sps dominated.

Please chime in if you have any experience with any of the above. Or even better if you have seen all three and can compare.
Also any ideas if the par reading between the 3?

I'm hitching along for this ride and, just to make things more confusing for you, you should add the Evolutions and reeffiltration ones.

Are you ruling out the Radions completely? I've got two over my 120 and so far have been very happy with them (they have been running since November).

I have one of the Kessil pendants that I was going to use over a 30 cube to replace 5 Ecoxotic panorama strips, but honestly didn't think it was bright enough so it is now lighting my mangroves. I also didn't have a good way to mount it over my tank either...I'm sure it would have been fine, but didn't want to risk it. I don't have a par meter, so I can't compare that unfortunately.

Boogie I was considering reeffiltrations led however I think it has a bit of maturing to do mixing up te white and blues and a dimmable version. As far as Evolutions go, Ive heard a lot of mixed reviews so that had me steer away from that one as well. BUT if you anybody has any experience with any of the 5 and can vouch for those 2 I'm all ears.

I actually really wanted the reeffiltrations fixture but from some of the pictures I seen it appears to spotlight the whites. (to me anyway)

Argi, Im going to rule out the radions due the them being double the price of these other fixtures.

Tajjo u have a pm :)

Having owned the Mazarra i can say they are really cool! The control-ability is awesome. Being able to swap the leds is a huge +. Really....everything is adjustable and swap able including the lens. For my 40 breeder i was using the 100 degree and coverage was really good as well as bright enough for anything on the sand.

Kessils aren't going to cut it for SPS. For the cost and coverage Kessils aren't cheap. Each A150 is about 30w and for a 30G or under setup, mainly LPS and Softies are good.

Had a kessil 150w ocean blue on my rimless 29 bio and I had sps and lps w good growth and good coloration. No complaints....
