Hello...how tall is the unit when it sits in the filter sock holder?

From where the sock would sit in your sump to the top of the filter is 9.5 inches.
Also I actually have 2 of these units. I just haven't listed the 2nd yet.

They work great.. they have v2 motors.. but they are not the new style controllers if that want you mean

Thank you...it was the V2 motors I was referencing. What is the advantage of the New style controllers? Then the final thing I need to determine is if they can handle the flow of my system
