KNO3 how much do I need?

Ok 3 weeks in and my gha is really starting to grow and tick me off....

I noticed a change in lps and tried to keep it steady from there but it just started to brown out my sps...now my chaeto won't grow and I have cyano in the sump

I have stopped dosing and been doing 10-15% WC's since Tuesday...somehow this drastically rose my P04 so be careful
