What should I do remove the rock
If it is a brittle star you do not need to remove the rock. Brittle stars are good CUC. But, you may want to try poking it or do something that would make it move and try to get a better look. If it’s not a brittle you may want to remove the rock or try to net it in order to remove it.

They're inside of the rock i can't get them out

If it would be a pain or screw anything up to remove the rock I would just wait and see. but if it’s not a problem I would probably remove it. Maybe dip it in a coral dip that will remove pests? Brittle stars are usually active at night so you may want to wait and check back with a flashlight when the lights are off just to see if you can confirm it’s a brittle.

If you do want to dip it I would double check if it’s safe for everything on the rock. ( I’m not good at dipping and do not know much about it)

100% brittle star. You can tell by the striped legs waving about in the flow.

Do not remove them, they are a great part of your CUC and will not harm a thing.

Lets get a few more eyes on this, but I'm pretty sure on my ID. @ReefSquad @KJ

Then I would only do it with the one rock and if you find it on any more you can just do that one also.

You think dipping the hole rock is a good way to go it will kill all my bacteria plus when I put the rock in my display tank

Or should I take the rock out and leave am outside for couple of days and wash it with rodi water
