nice pickup troy! I got a pink squareback (could be purple?) they do awesome! i'll hit you up probably next year for a new sump/fuge/overflow. i scored a 200g from a buddy thats almost brand new! MattL22- i have a bimaculatus, hawaiian bi-color, tricolor, pair lyretail (red sea), bartletts, pink square (haha or purple) back right now. for some reason they actually get along together after the first day of each new addition. the larger ones hang out together and the smaller ones hang out together.

It's a male bartlett. Real beauty. I picked up one like that before, with the red blotch. I was unable to maintain the color though :(

did yours have the streaming white edges on its tailfin though? mine also had a black lining on his bottom fins.

Yeah, that's actually normal for full blown male bartletts.

Thanks. Those are no longer with me though :(.. IME the males only get the tail streamers when other males are around. I've had 1 mlae/2 females for a couple years now, and the male never develops the long tail streamers.
