This certainly looks like a Scopas Tang, and nothing more. I have had
numerous ones, and never thought to price one at that rate.

I told you it's not a scopas tang. The dark spots in the right light are blue.

No it doesn't. I wouldn't sell a fish with HLLE.

Best way to get a good pic is to catch him with a 5 gallon bucket (assuming it fits in). White bucket is the best. Lots of salt buckets are white. Orange ones from HD aren't good. Then take a picture while the fish is in the bucket. Minimum stress cuz you actually don't net it but scoop it up with the bucket.

all koi/abberant tang is scopas tang that have blue patch /2 color and highend one come with tricolor and etc. I have one same like yours .
I saw price range from $ 750 - $ 2 G and up depend on grade/color
