Our Kole tang is in a 300 gal tank with six green chromis and a foxface. He was the last to join the tank and has been in the tank for just over a month. He is eating well. He and the foxface appear to be "buddies" usually swimming near each other, but I have seen each one occasionally nip at the other. We found the Kole as pictured last night at the end of the day. He appears the same today. What do you think happened? Does he need therapy? Appreciate your help. He is a great little fish

Someone took a bite at his fins most likely.

Should heal up fine. Should it continue, either you have a bully foxface or tankmate or it could be flukes... sometimes they can tear fins. But since this happened suddenly my money is on a scuffle!
