Kole Tang fin damage from flukes?

Hello all. Bare with me as this is my first post. I have a kole tang in quarantine that has a bit of fin damage. I am wondering if it is possibly from parasite/flukes or trama from scraping rock. As well as the best route to take forward to help him heal fully. The background of the fish is as follows. He arrived at the lfs Jan 31. I picked him up feb 9th. He went into a 20g qt tank for observation. Over the next 6 days I got him eating well but noticed he would shake his head and on occasion flash or rub against the side of the tank. I didn't see anything on the fish. After some research it sounded to me like flukes. So I did a large water change and started prazipro on the 15th. He took the treatment well, always eating and very active. However he was still on occasion shaking his head and rubbing the side of the tank. This lead me to round 2 of prazipro. I did another large water change and started round 2 on the 15th. Today I decided to do a freshwater dip to see if he had any flukes left on him. This gave me the opportunity to take a nice close up photo of the lower fin. You can see the gap at the start of the lower fin. Is there a possibility that he had flukes in this spot and they were killed during the prazipro treatment? I did not see it until after treatment. Post fw dip he is doing very well. Nothing showed up during the dip(6min). What can I do to help rebuild the fin or is it just a matter of time? Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance for your time.

Could be damage from flukes - Capsalidae will often target the body & fins IN ADDITION to the gills.

However, a secondary infection from where the flukes were feeding is just as possible. I would dose a broad spectrum antibiotic, such as Kanaplex.

Ok, just ordered the kanaplex off amazon. I will dose per instructions and let you know how things turn out. Thanks for the lightning fast response.
