Kole tang growth?

Noticed the two bumps yesterday after the tang was in QT for 3 weeks dipped with prazipro, organi-cure and a 5 min freshwater dip. eating like a pig swimming like normal. All looked fine added to the DT 3 days ago now has the 2 bumps. Any ideas?
