Kole Tang in QT developing spots on face.

I have a Kole tang in QT right now that has started developing these white marks on his face, and his cheeks appear to be a little sunken in. Dosing the tank with Caupramine and Prazipro right now, but he also went through a round of Furan-2 about a week ago. He's been meaty foods no issues. I have also been dropping a small rock in there with some Nori rubber banded to it for him to graze throughout the day.

Just started noticing the spots a couple days ago, and today he just looked a little more sunken in. Any ideas? He's been in here for going on three weeks now, and this just started developing.

Looks like scrape wounds to me. My blue eye kole often times gets these too when I see him/her darting about the tank erratically, but they heal up and go away rather quickly.

I hope so. There are several other similar cases I found on google, but almost all the recommendations are to get him into a QT, rather then these symptoms developing in QT.
