Kole tang parasite?

Hello all just getting back into the hobby after a short break. I set up a red sea reefer 350.Nitrite and ammonia are 0 nitrate is 25 and i only have a kole tang right now. I have had him for 2 weeks now. When I first got him from lfs he was spitting out all food (frozen mysis,nori) now he is eating about 80% and spitting out 20%. He also has developed some whitish opaque spots on him (pics attached) and has white stringy poop. Other than that he seems to be plump and swims around tank very actively when I leave the room. Flukes? HLLE? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

An easy first step would be to do a freshwater dip to either confirm or eliminate flukes as a problem.

It indeed seems to be flukes, I just did a 5 min freshwater dip and multiple small white spots came off of him. I will start dosing prazipro and hopefully the flukes are eradicated.
