After my last water change and adding a new fish I have been facing trouble in my tank. The new fish dies within a few days and my blenny and gramma started to hide and not come out of there hiding spot ever. I have not seen the gramma in over a week and blenny has been acting very strange, trying to jump out of the tank then lifelessly rolling around the tank before coming to, briefly darting around them retreating back to its hiding spot again. My clownfish are acting normal and my water parameters are also normal. I haven't the first clue what is going on please hell

How long has the tank been set up? What is the size of the tank?

What did you test and what was “normal” numbers.
What do you use for water changes store bought or your own RODI and mix.
Any visible symptoms on fish spots etc? Any qt done on last addition?
As above how long has tank been filled and size a well as any other equipment that in use in tank can help folks try and help figure it out.
So sorry for your losses hope the squad can help get answers

Alk is 8.4
Salinity is 1.026
pH is about 8
I was buying my top off rodi water from a grocery store but very recently switched to rodi from a fish store just in case. I have always bought my saltwater from a marine focused store
I unfortunately do not have to resources to Qt and unfortunately I did notice white spots on the newest fish that died but have not seen any of any of my other fish.
It's a 50 gallon tank with a built in filter pump thing and two sock filters l. It has been set up for about 4ish months.
Thank you, everyone, for your help

Stinks losing fish :-( with white spots on last fish added and first to pass sounds like a disease ice or some other infection took him. I’m no expert on treatments unfortunately but vitamin enriched goods can help boost immune systems, Any other visual signs on other guys to share with the squad so they can offer options? @HotRocks @4FordFamily

This sounds like velvet to me, or a bad parameter. Any spots? Dusting? Hiding from light? Heavy breathing?

Yes, I have seen heavy breathing in one of my fish and spots on a different two, and if by dusting you mean rubbing up against the sand as if to scratch the yes I have seen a couple fish do that too. They are hiding but its beyond me to determine why. I hope to god it's not velvet though because it's not possible for me to set up a qt.

Unfortunately it’s a necessity in today’s environment. Certainly sounds likely that a parasite is at play and I’d say I’m 75-90% sure it’s velvet based on the limited information thus far :(

Well, thank you for your help
