Its getting there. Getting real close to getting the display wet.

Got mody of the drains situated. I need to find flexible pipe that fits over 2 inch pvc.

I bought some 2 inch id flexible pipe at hd but uts braided inside si not sure if the boiling water trick will work to get it over the pipe and stretch it on the pvc.

I did get my high volume booster pump for ro setup. The aqua fx pump is adjustable which is perfect.

Next after membranes

I'm getting a lot of harmonic noise from this. Not much luck finding a flexible pipe that i like that will fit over 2inch PVC. I'm just going to cap this off and place the pump in the sump chamber.

I have room here. Its about 14 X 14.

What do you all think???

Is there a reason you would prefer it external?
Look for silicone hose, it's expensive but you only need a sample sized bit!

So where do you buy the glass? A standard window/custom glass company? Interested in how much just those small custom pieces were.

Not to bad. Its cheaper for the bigger pieces then the smalls.
I had to front panel so all I had to buy was new side panels and the pieces for the euro bracing. The 2 side pieces were just over $200 the 6" euro bracing panels were less than 300

I think it's just because I had an external pump before and that's usually the way I've run them so I was trying to avoid heat soak but this pump doesn't give off that much heat and I with the size of the tank it's really not gonna matter. I'll just move it into the sump it will actually produce more water because there's more open space in front of the and take of the pump per the manufacturer's recommendation so get rid of that length of to venal probly help it out in the long run

Make a little stand for it and rubber isolate the stand and pump from the base?!

I did. I used yoga mat doubled up. The noise was transferred through the intake line.

I'm already past that. It's now in the sump sitting on 1.5 inch bio sponge. And now I'm gluing the return together. Next I'll glue up the valves and underside drains to the dual herbie.

We will find out. I have only run it externally. Im sure it will be much better than it was.

Water testing Saturday. Whoop whoop.

Could do it sooner but want to make sure overflow box is nice and cured. Still has a tiny bit of vinegar smell.
