Ok sump build done. Now I have to prep for epoxy by filling any holes and porous areas with Bondo. Also I didn’t attach the bottom yet as I want to get all areas coated with epoxy before to make sure all the wood is sealed. Of course I’ll show pictures of that too.

So back at it again. Putting a smooth layer of filler over the gaps that were filled and in the sump to cover screws and imperfections.

I’ll sand it tomorrow and put a coat of epoxy on it. Wanted to do the sump black but I have extra sky blue. See how it goes tomorrow with the bottom of the tank and see what I have left.
