Good day everyone,

I just set my reactor up a few days ago, got it dialed in by testing and i just added a effluent cup and place my ph probe in there. I have my ph set at 7.4 in my effluent cup and my dkh is 15- which I'm happy with since I'm not needing a high demand and I'm not dripping I'm running a slow stream from the effluent tube(i saw it on a reefing video on youtube).

My question is the outlet 1 tube when open floods the reactor and when closed the level in the reactor drops to around the pump suction- is there a happy medium what has everyone experienced on this?

My second question is my sump system is outside so is all my equipment- in my covered patio. Why would my ph remain at 7.4 in my reactor all day and at night it raised to 7.9 in the reactor? Isnt ph supposed to drop at night?

Thank you

Are you using Apex Fusion to control your melting point in the main reactor?
It's based off using a Apex or GHL controller, that "maps out" an ph graph for you, inside the reactor.

I think he talks about Karallin's in this video (to close off one line)

Stream

I run a two stage GEO like him, but use a separate feed pump and not off a manifold.

Hope that helps!!
