Korallin Calcium reactor

I'm in the middle of redesigning the room i keep my tank in, and the cabinet i previously used to hide my reactor has to go. Is it possible/advisable to run the korallin reactor in sump? Between the scrubber and all my other equipment there is no room in the stand otherwise

It is . Most Korallin reactors use Eheim pumps, which are submersible. I run a Reef Octo reactor in my sump to save room, no issues.

My main was the screws and bolts that hold the top down, they look to be plain stainless

If the top will be submerged, I'd consider swapping them out for nylon or titanium screws.
