Yes- not reef safe with polyp coral and some meaty coral and assure it’s eating before you purchase

I wouldn’t personally, if you don’t have a plan to rehome it will grow at a rather fast rate and outgrow the tank in a short period of time (Likely a couple months).
I would personally go for a smaller Pomacanthus species or a different genus with more ‘Medium’ sized angels or angels that grow slower such as Regals and Majestics.

Fine as a juvenile. It will need a 180+ or so eventually.
