Koran Disease help

Hi my Koran has just developed white dots and white marks and stopped eating. This has come on very quickly. Can anyone help me identify the problem, treatment. Thanks

Very hard to depict under heavy blue lighting but may be velvet or ich along with visible heavy head and lateral line disease
You will need to step up diet for the hlle and please post pics under white lights to see what else is going on

+1 to this, I would say from the description it’s ich/velvet and HLLE (Head and Lateral Line Erosion). If the spots are all close together and rather small then thats most likely a velvet outbreak and you’re on the brink of losing that fish (Usually velvet doesn’t show until it’s too late).
