I’m in the process of upgrading my tank and I was originally looking at ways of automating my water changes and I managed to stumble over the kore 7th by pacific sun and that kit seems to be able to do that and much more (automatic kh monitoring with the khlab add-on etc).

What gives me pause is the limited information available about this set up, I can hardly find any user generated info about the AWC function or the KHlab.
If I were to go with this thing for AWCs and automated testing the worst thing that could happen would be that I end up with a fiddly piece of junk that will need constant calibration.

Anyone who has some first hand experience?

While I never owned the 7, I did own the fifth.

Biggest point of sale I ever bought. Anytime there is an issue, their CS will tell you it's the bluetooth capabilities in the device your using, not their piece of kit. Dsoing heads needed to be replaced every few months, AWC never worked properly(sometimes it would take water and never replace it, sometimes it wouldn't remove water, and just replace. Some days it didn't work at all). Some days it wouldn't dose even though it said it did. When the power went out, I had to reconnect to it, and reupload all the info. Just a horrible piece of equipment for me. OOh and any issue that is hardware related, has to be shipped back to poland on your dime, and you might get it back in a couple months. There used to be a huge thread about them back on ReefCentral.

After a year of frustration, I literally ripped it out of my cabinet and threw it in the trash.

Yeah...crap. That was what I was worried about since it seems that hardly anyone is running one.
Thanks for the input!
