Koving

as the new 90g tank is cycling away with all new LR and the cycle is about half way through. Probably looking at 3-4 more weeks. I am planning on getting rid of the AIO 40g reef when the new tank is ready. That means moving over corals, crabs, snails and 2 fish.

Now since the old tank is having a bad hair algae outbreak what should I do? Originally was going to move some of the LR over but not sure I want to introduce this to the new tank. The fish would just move over but what about the corals that are on the old LR ( Zoas) that has hair algae around it. What do I do with that coral? Write them off? The frogspawns I guess I could scrub the bases to get off what algae I can.
I'm not a fan of zoa's and unsure of treatment in regards to hydrogen peroxide dip, I dip my corals using this method requrely and it seems to work to remove/kill off hair algea, I'm not suggesting you use this method but for me it helps alot.
I'm not familiar with zoas
