is the sponge dead? There’s a nice feather duster on the side can I save him?

Yes #1 is aiptasia, remove it and run it over with your car.

#2 looks to be a filter feeding cucumber but I can't say for sure

Thanks much, I will try to get it out of there, what do you think of the worm thing should I remove it?

No problem! I believe it is a harmless filter feeder but cant say exactly what it is (some cucumbers do release toxins when they die). Hopefully someone else will chime in. So how do you like the rock? I've always thought about ordering some

I can’t believe it made it to rural Wisconsin in that amount of time in such good shape, some sponges dead but not much else. Definitely recommend, and they got it to me on a Friday which was great!

That's awesome! One day I'll get some. I love me some hitchhikers.

If you don't get a for sure answer on the 2nd pic maybe kp can tell you?

Is there any chance that is a curlique anemone instead of aiptasia?
Good call, it does look like one of those, but those also look like aiptasia to me...

And I do see that kp sells those nems so I imagine they can be found in florida. Tough one...
