Old tank syndrome

I'm just trying to maintain what's healthy like my LPS, mushrooms, and some of my zoas/palys. Also my nitrate resistant (survived up to 140ppm) acro is doing well despite the conditions.
Anyone want some nitrate resistant acropora? It literally took everything I could throw at it, including what was almost a crash, and now old tank syndrome.
We left for 2 months to Poland a good while back, and neglected the system for a while, which shot up the nitrates (as we had the equivalent of a potato filtering our system) and pretty much every coral but some zoas, a few LPS, of course our GSP, and our nitrate resistant acro. I'm like 99% sure this and the fact that we started with almost no filtration and bad live rock is what cause out old tank syndrome. I'm thinking of ways to store the healthy and nice corals in my tank to strip the system down and restart, maybe even upgrade (also gives me a chance to get the aquascape right

Best of luck man! The remaining corals seem pretty hardy.
