Reefing8EZ said he will be able to make the payment the end of the week. So, i guess we would wait. I talked to Ktar, he will only frag when the payment received. I proposed to send him all the payment that i have gotten, but he prefered all at once.......

I think he should take the 5 payments and go ahead and frag the corals and then send the past payment. This did not seem to be unreasonable request.
