Just wanted to say KUDOS to Ecotech. I purchased an Mp10 used, manufacture date
8-18. When I installed it in my tank it was a bit noisy no matter what I did. Took apart and noticed the shaft had a slight bend to it. I reached out to Ecotech and they came through. They are going to cover it under warranty minus shipping cost! That is awesome customer service and I’m guessing that’s one of the reasons why so many people use their products knowing there is no hassle.
