I'm having trouble getting a token so I can link fusion. I've tried changing the DNS1 and DNS2 but it reverts back to the original setting. Any thoughts?
That's strange... I never had any issues with it. Did you follow the instructions in the walk through?

Sure did. I've read through much of the Neptune forum and tried various fixes.
And you updated your firmware?

If you log into your dashboard (http://apex.local/ default user name is admin and default password is 1234) you should be able to update all of your firmware.

Once you do that, click on the "Admin" menu top right if screen, then click "Link Apex" and use your Fusion username and password to sign in. Should work just fine without even needing a token. :)

I spent the last week working with Neptune to fix the Apex issue. Luis at Neptune support is awesome. I had to switch my wireless router. The Sagemcom router did not like the Apex for some reason. I switched it out for a Netgear and everything works perfect.

Now I need to see what this controller can do. I'm really excited about the new Alk, Ca, Mg product they debuted at MACNA.

I got the apex primarily because I needed something to control my calcium reactor. Right now I'm using the pH probe to control my calcium reactor and using the other outlets to control my lights(mh,t5,led). Guess I need to get another power bar for everything else and another pH probe for the tank.

Any suggestions on an initial set up? alerts? graphs?
