KZ products and Surface Film

Not sure its related at all but around 2 weeks ago I started dosing KZ Flatworm stop and coral vitalizer. I do not have flat worms but heard this can be beneficial for SPS. Over this time frame I am seeing more of a scum line on the surface of my water. Could this be related? Just not sure where else it could be coming from at this point.

I do not think it was that, my over flow was a little higher than normal. Carry on!
