KZ reactor pump schedule effects ato

So I got a KZ reactor and the directions say to run the pump 3 hrs on 3 hrs off and repeat .... But when the pump turns on it lowers my sump level causing the ato to turn on. Then when the reactor pump turns off the reactor water levels off and causes my Tunze ato to send an alarm for high level in the sump.

I'm I missing something? Or do people just run the reactor 24/7? Not really sure how to play this out.

I suggest putting your Tunze Osmolator on a timer to only come on when the reactor pump is running.
