Lab/medical grade CO2 shortage

I read an article this morning about AirGas a major supplier in the US of industrial and lab /medical gases is cutting back delivery of CO2 to municipalities for water treatment by as much as 2/3. Anyone having a hard time getting CO2? How would you compensate without it or can you in your aquaria?

I read the same article about the national shortage. While I suspect such a shortage will trickle down to us the hobbyists, it will be interesting to see how long this takes.
