I think my tank has red slim but not sure. It seems to be in the early stages.
Is there a service that I can send a water sample to be tested?

Thanks

Haven't had to deal with red slime for a long time but they have a yellow powder that's reef safe that knocks it out. I don't remember the name of the brand or what's in it. I believe Cyanobacteria is what you are dealing with and is common with new tanks. Standard test kits should show any issues you might be having or bring a sample to your LFS. Sending your water to a place like Triton might be a bit overkill imo. Others should have some advice also.

Thanks. I appreciate it
While Triton Labs is great for determining your water chemistry, they (as far as I remember) don't test for diseases or alga. Sometimes responders on this forum will give you what you ask for, without fully understanding what you may actually need.
