Does the 50 gallon lagoon tank have tempered glass? IM doesn't use much packaging protection.

Hi Powers2001,

IM Aquariums do not use tempered glass. The Lagoon 50 is shipped via freight so it is not subjected to the same rough handling as regular UPS packages.

If you purchase smaller IM tanks from us that are shipped via UPS Ground, we actually repackage them with additional packaging material to ensure its safe arrival.
