Reef2Reef is by far my favorite people in reefing so I wanted to share with y'all. I aquired this beauty in March from a local. It was DIRTY so it took a good scrubbing before anything else.



48"x36"x27" 200g Starfire on 3 sides- Bare Bottom

75g DIY sump in basement

Equipment:

lighting- 2x48" T5 HO, (2) Photon 24 LEDs from ReefBreeders

flow- 3x MP40Wes, Tunze 6105, (2) 1" Penductors on locline from return

return pump- Iwaki 100RLT

skimmer-MRC MR2 w/ Iwaki 55

Controlled by Neptune ApexLite

I'm sticking with mainly Acros and some Z/P and Chalice for this system. I'm leaving any other LPS, not that I have many, in my 110g rimless which is now also become my frag tank. The aquascape is still not anywhere near finalized, I've had livestock slowly being transferred over the last 2-3 months. these photos show the progression(somewhat). I need a real camera

Yes, lol, it's quite an old house(90-100yrs) so the floor sags about 2 1/2" from the corner to the center of the room. I had to put jacks in the basement under the joists. The sag is old so I couldn't do anything about it so I had to shim the tank quite a bit.

here's a tiny update...

I'm still not entirely happy with my scape but everything is growing well and coloring-up under the ReefBreeders Photons. Now I just need a real camera and some skills to use it.
