I found this thing and screamed then it flew somewhere and I realized it was dried and dead. So either something crawled out my tank and it kind of looks like a peanut worm shell or something else. Perhaps a millipede or something along those lines? What do you think? The fact that it was dried/has no legs and near my tank when I know I had a lid off leads to me believe it could’ve been from the tank?

No idea but all the creepy crawlies get to me sometimes too. Whenever I change my media bag and an amohipod crawls all over my hands I get freaked out.

Looks like a bristle worm, they a good cleanup crew unless they get out of hand, they clean up that debris.

Yes it could be, your picture is not that clear, they are not as good as bristle worms, for they swarm to the polyps, keep checking to see if any more.
And they are called dead ones in a tank lol!
