Old man user Error I was editing my lights yesterday and forgot to exit out which means my lights were on all night. Uggh!

Just turned them off 6:30 am so they will get a 1 hour no light and 2 hours of low light rest. Should I keep them off until normal light schedule starting in 3 hours? Or Give them a longer rest?
