Large bristleworm or fireworm?

I caught this really large bristle or fire worm today from some live rock that I've had in my tank for a few months. Based on the head I think it may be just a red/pink bristle worm, but maybe it's a fire worm. I have at least one other smaller one in my tank, so I'd like to know if anyone knows if it is harmless or fire worm.

Sorry, but the light is the whitest setting I have on my nano.

Agree on fireworm. There are special tanks for them which you may already have one:
