I've been 2-part dosing for a little over 3 months, maintaining approximately 8.4 alk & 430 calcium (magnesium around 1300). In the last week my alk and magnesium stayed stable but my calcium jumped up to 540. Any thoughts or advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Impossible to say.

How often do you test for Ca since you started dosing?

Defective dosing pump? Doser pulling some undissolved calcium from the bottom of the reservoir? Testing error?

For the 1st month it was everyday, went to twice a week the 2nd month and recently once a week where I could almost guarantee an alk of between 8.0 - 8.5 and calc between 420 - 440. 30% water change last evening and tested about 30min ago: alk @ 8.2 & calc now at 443. Didn't dose either last night and only alk this morning. Per your suggestion, I'll make sure my bottles are properly mixed to eliminate the chance the calcium had some undissolved stuff at the bottom. Thank you.
