Where do coral farms get their large plastic/fibre glass coral tanks? The ones that WWC had in their old farm for example? As I’m based in the UK a supplier over here would be very much appreciated.

I think they are hydroponic trays. @Bulk Reef Supply used to sell them as a frag set up. They do work well.

Something like this?

Have you thought about Rubbermaid tubs? Just prop up the frags some.

I have but I want them on stands at a good height as I have a really bad back. Nice and shallow too for ease of maintenance. Really struggling for anything like it in the UK.

Search for hydroponics and hydro farming manufacturing, providers, and suppliers in your region. I've also research commercial fiberglass aquarium setups (used for large scale mariculture facilities and holding facilities). You'll be looking for flood trays and the like.
Here's a few examples from the 'States:

A couple from the UK:

This is only a couple of the many I found in a current quick search, and there should be a few more in the UK as well.

Hi! What did you go for in the end?

I ended up with a glass tank and sump. It has worked out really well but as expected is already full so do need to find a cheaper option for expansion. Check out my build thread to see how it worked out.

See if you have a hydroponics store near you! There was one next to an LFS I used to go to. Never went in though.
