Just updated a better pic. Not sure if it’s a worm. It moves very slow

It definitely looks like it. I thought there was one that looked similar but was a very bad hitchhiker? I can’t remember the name but want to look it up just to make sure.

Yep! Those seem oblong and this one has distinct point in the middle. I’m pretty sure it’s a limpet.
