Large floor vase for top off container

I plan to upgrade the ato container on my RSR nano, but do not have space for a side cabinet and I do not want an "ugly" container sitting next to my tank. I was thinking about using a large floor vase/pot

I would probably keep it "sterile" as I would like to limit algae growth Etc.... I just need to find out how much volume it would hold

I think it's a great idea. It would depend on the ATO you use, but I have to keep my output line above the water level of my reservoir or it continues to siphon after the pump shuts down. Just something to consider if you haven't.
