Large Lion 3 Weeks Stopped Eating

My mature lion fish stopped eating three weeks ago. Fins, eyes, body, mouth, everything appears excellent. Diet has always been large silversides and raw shrimp for past two years. He will look at the food but moves away if I try and put small piece near. He’s in 400g acrylic no corals. Any suggestions. So magnificent a lion I’m frustrated.

Pics are a little dim but these fish are subject to flukes and ich. Is the lion breathing normal or labored?
Any head twitching or yawning effect?

I've only kept a lion once. It did great for a year or so then just stopped eating for unknown reasons. I've read of some people having similar experiences. Mine did not survive but hopefully yours will come around.

My lions loved the scent of garlic when I soaked their food in that if they hadnt eaten on their usual schedule. Might give that a try. Hopefully he eats, so beautiful!

Did you try live ghost shrimp?....just to see if he eats?

How long have you had it?
What brand of silversides have you been feeding?

I’m concerned about thiamin deficiency and/or fatty liver disease.
