Large Lumps Near Mouth - BTA Splitting?

Hi All - Can anyone with more experience tell me what they think these lumps are near my BTAs mouth?

No, that’s not a sign of splitting. When they split, they literally pull themselves apart. So the mouth will look stretched.
It can be a bad sign, but is often nothing and will return to normal within a day.

Yeah I just watched some videos! Def not splitting!

Maybe just deformed tentacle
unsure...
