large mag dose over time

So to combat our algae issue my magnisum came in today. Our current levels are 1260. To bring up to 1500 it is required to have 546ml in our tank. I know to add it slow. We do not have a dosing pump but how can I safely bring up the mag to 1500. Should I do 50ml a day 25 morning and 25 night? I just completed a wc and use reef crystals but our mag stays around 1260 even after a water change at 1.025 salinity. even though their container says it would be 1450 at 1.025.

Assuming the test is correct, I'd probably add 25ml in the morning and the 25ml in the evening.

What size aquarium do you have? That sounds like a good plan but definitely relative to how large your aquarium is.
