Large Starry Blenny from the Critter and feeding issues

It looked like it came from someones tank, so thought maybe someone here may know. I haven't been able to get him to eat. I've tried Formula One pellets, Veggie Rounds, and Nori on a clip. He isn't showing interest in anything. Thoughts? He does pick at the rock some.

I had a starry blenny for a long time and it would never eat prepared foods. It only ate algae off the rocks and was very fat and lived a long time. I've had the same experience with some lawnmower bennies. Some eat prepared foods and don't eat much algae but some only eat the algae off the rocks.
