I have this mystery clown fish if anyone can ID . He also has this huge facial growth that is continuing to get larger and enable him to eat properly. Should I snip it off . Looking for opinions. ..

Wow! That looks like a big chunk of food! The clown is a longfin clownfish (amphiprion ocellaris).

I would very carefully remove as much of the growth as possible without cutting the actual mouth of the fish.

Fish needs to eat. Using a cloth with tank water, hold the fish and quickly but carefully cut away as much of the growth as possible. Place fish in a 90 minute bath of Ruby Reef Rally. It has both antiseptic and antibiotic qualities. Then place into a QT with Sulfaplex + Neoplex for 10 days min.
