Looks like a post injury spot now with bacterial infectionI just noticed this spot on my Foxface. What is this and how do I treat it?

That suggests an injury and an early bacterial infection - to me - I would agree - a broad spectrum antibiotic - focusing on gram negatives would be the course of action. You might be able to treat it topically. Again this is assuming you added no new 'stuff' that could have introduced a parasite. I agree with @vetteguy53081I have had him about 1 year. He was quarantined but not the full time. He was one of my first fish and still the largest. No bullying that I have ever noticed. I first noticed the lesion about a day or 2 ago.
Other inhabitants include A blue tang, a Tomini tang, a wrasse, two clown fish, and a Midas blenny.
No new fish have been added for 6 months.
Would Neoplex work? I already have that on hand and it worked well for my wrasse.
Also, how long should he stay in there? Until the lesion is completely gone? My hospital tank is only a 10 gallon. I am sure Foxface is going to get a little antsy in a 10 gallon for a long time.
It does not look like overnight....Are you pretty sure this showed up overnight? Any chance it could have happened a few days ago and you just missed it? The reason I ask is that it appears to be partially healed to me.....

I would watch it closely and maybe have some antibiotics on hand, but if it doesn’t grow larger, I wouldn’t treat it just yet….It definitely could have been there a few days ago. He likes to hide when I come in the room so I have not had a real good look at him until recently. Also, I was out of town over the weekend.
So are you thinking I should leave him alone for a couple of days and just keep an eye on it to see if it gets worse?
