Large white spot on my One Spot Foxface

My One Spot Foxface has one large what spot in one eye (ironic I know. lol). I've had him for about 8-9 months now. He (all of my fish) was purchased through TSM Aquatics, so it went though a very strict quarantine. The last fish I added to the tank was a month or more ago, again from TSM. So I am thinking this might just be an eye injury, but want to post pics and get opinions from those that know more than me.

I could certainly be wrong, but it looks like a possible injury? (there appears to be a bit of an indentation visible in the last image) Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can weigh-in.

Not a reflection of your light?
It always catches me out when I look at my 1 spot. The eye are very magnifying.

I'm thinking it's an injury. I'll just have to watch him and see how he does.

Definitely not a light reflection. It is only in his left eye and does not move.

Could be an injury, but you said it was "in the eye". Another possibility is that there is actually a fish eye flukes that lives inside the fish's eye (as opposed to Neobenedenia that people call a fish eye fluke, but those live on the outside of the fish's eye). My understanding is that the true fish eye fluke is a digenean - it requires multiple hosts in order to reproduce, so it won't become a deadly disease in a home aquarium.
