Large white spot on Tomini tang

This morning I noticed a large white spot behind the bill of my Tomini tang. He has been in the tank for two weeks and all of my water parameters are within normal range… I’ll include a photo any thoughts?

This morning I noticed a large white spot behind the bill of my Tomini tang. He has been in the tank for two weeks and all of my water parameters are within normal range… I’ll include a photo any thoughts?

Also he is eating and swimming and seems perfectly happy and healthy
