My little 2400 liter tank in Stockholm, 3 years and still going strong,

Since summer I have been rescaping the aquarium, mainly to get writh of aggressive growing corals, a reverse superman Montipora and an unknown one, building much more light construction, more space for Milliporas.

Dimensions in centimeters: 3000 * 1060 * 760 with a total water volume of 3550 liters.

I know some are more interested to see what is under the hood :)

Top left corner we have the closed-loop sump, I have 6 pumps at each 15 000 liters in here, all with 50 mm pipes back into the tank, the idea was that I would not need any more circulation in the tank. I learned a lot since then.

From the closed-loop tank I have the overflow into my skimmer sump, it's a ripoff an RD400, I circulate 27 000 liters of water and an unknown amount of air in this skimmer. Brutal, yes.

After the skimmer, I had a scrubber, not happy about performance so I changed this to a macroalgae sump measuring 90*90*60 cm, I harvest around 10 kg each week out of this beast.

The middle sump in my Technik and return sump, Deltec roller, Ozone reactor, PO4- and active coal reactors.
I only have a 6000 liters return pump now. Started with 2* 12 000 liters but the sound of the overflow was massive, so I scaled down.

The last aquarium is for my Maroon Lightning clows that I want to breed on, they have a few massive anemons.

New there as well.

To quote my hero in this hobby; "Life is too short to drink bad wine"
Happy 2022, dream big.

Just to get an idea about the size :)

I glued the back-, side and bottom glass first 15 mm regular glass, then spend 2 months aquascaping.
Front and side glass are optiwhite, 15 mm.

The reef might be a little older than I remembered as this photo is dated 29 April 2017.

Yes, an epic scary day :)

Many thanks, slowly adding fish to the list :)
I hope to add 2 Goldflakes to the quarantine later this month. Tank breath of course.
