Hi all - I wanted to get people's opinions on what the largest amount you can manually dose at once is (in terms of Alkalinity)?
I have about net 17.5 gallons of water and am currently manually dosing 2 part. I do 3 ml twice a day - once in the morning before work and once at night after work. Running this through a calculator it says that this is about 0.4 dkh swing per 3 ml dose. My required daily dosage has been slowly rising (it was about 4 ml/day a month ago) and I will also be adding a few sps pieces in a couple weeks. Because of space/gf limitations I cant get an auto doser so Im wondering when i need to start worrying that swings from manual dosing will start causing problems.
