I have an indo gold torch that I've had for almost exactly one year. It's came as one single head and has been growing incredibly well but it won't stop splitting. I've counted 8 mouths on this thing. When it's fully retracted it looks like a hot mess of heads everywhere.

I've never had any euphylia split quite like this, have you? Just when I think it's going to start growing skeleton to move away it just splits the head again..

Just curious how common this is for others. It's beautiful, it just won't grow legs under the heads lol.

With proper nutrients and water quality- continuously. Time to start selling/trading

It looks like a channel brain when it's retracted, it's ridiculous haha. It's huge when it opens but if it would just grow legs under the heads so I can frag it :/

I need to setup for a photo tonight, I was just looking at the tank during lights off. I'll get one this evening when it closes back up. It's wild, one stem with a mushroom of heads all over the top.

Torch in question below. Dead center in front of the nems. Those 3 bta's up top are over 20" so the torch has to be somewhere in the 7" range fully extended. Once lights turn down to just a couple T5s I'll grab the splitting picture.

Pretend you don't see half colored test fittings on the new return line too. Until later ;p

Never even noticed the returns being different colors until I read and had to look for it. Beautiful tank.
