Thought I would share my new tank with R2R. I have a 24x24x18 Reef Savvy cube with a internal hybrid overflow. The tank is on custom stand built by me course. Lighting is by a AI Vega. For flow I used a MP40, and a water blaster HY2000 for a return. The sump is from advanced acrylic and measures 19.5x16x14. Also in this build is a Tunze ATO, and a Apex running the tank. I used 40 pounds of Bimini Pink sand as well as Marco Rocks. I plan on stocking the tank with a CC sunburst and a pair of Wyoming Whites. And of course a few corals.

Looking good!

Nice! I have the same tank dimensions ams very similar aquascape. Is the MP40 blowing your sand around? My MP10 isn't enough flow so I added a WP25 and created a sandstorm. :/

Nice work! Like your stand. I am about to set mine up in a few weeks also same dimensions and also bought an MP10. I'm interested to know how your MP40 does? And what type of return are you using?

The Mp40 blows the sand a little in the corner. I fixed that by putting a little live rock rubble pile there.

I'm using a water blaster HY2000 for a return. The two MP10es I had on originally wasn't enough flow and took up two pieces of glass instead of one.

Hey @larryl nice job on the tank and stand. I see your at Houghton lake, I miss it since I sold the place in lake city, just stopped in to say Hi and follow along.

Thank you very much. I sold the tank a few years ago, I’m setting up a old frag tank I found when cleaning out the pull barn.
